What a nice boy Levi is!

Levi treated us all to Chuck E. Cheese today with the $6.10 from his piggy bank. After we left I reminded him that he had no money left now. He said, "That's okay, I'll just do chores and earn more." Fantastic!

So busy and helpful!

I made this silly mask. I like it. I colored it with markers. I'm an owl. See my big eyes?

I made my own fruit salad. I even cut up most of the fruit. There were bananas, grapes, pears, and apples. I liked it and ate it all up!

We're the Tigers!

For one of our soccer games we had our faces painted like tigers! We were very loud at saying "Rrraaarrrr!"

That's Dylan. He's sort of a kitty cat, not a tiger, because he's too little to be on our team.

I'm really good at soccer. I make goals or help make the goals. I run fast, like a cheetah, but we're the tigers.

Pumpkin Patch

Today Levi is going to a pumpkin patch with his kindergarten class. He is excited to find a pumpkin that he can carry. For halloween he is going to be Spiderman.

My First Soccer Game

We are the tigers. I like it that I scored a goal. Actually I scored two goals. I kept my eye on the ball and I'm really good at soccer because I went to soccer practice.

Green Family Reunion

Levi went on an airplane ride all by himself! He went to the Green family reunion. Here is what he had to say about it:

I got a silly band (a bracelet thing), and a squirt gun (but I left it there), and a new shirt (the Orange one). We stayed in two cabins and I had lots and lots of cousins (34 or so). I slept on the floor and Annie held me.

We went and got ice cream, we played games and I got a prize (a monkey and a red squish ball). Everyone stuck their tongues out and they all have big tongues!! (Uncle Kendall has the biggest).

They had bowling... Oh wait, they didn't. My favorite part was playing with Logan, Ayden, CJ, and Brooklyn. I played with ALL of my cousins. There were new babies there. The family reunion was in the house.

The funniest person there was the one that losed (lost) a finger. (That would be Kendall!)

I like my new dirt bike that I got from being good and collecting 30 stickers on my chart. It makes me want to do a race. I like to play with them.

dylan can go poo poo in the toilet and i cant.

(Levi did do his chores though and was nice so he could earn a monster truck like Dylan. .... If the boys use the toilet and actually poop in the toilet they get a monster truck or a car. When they become pros, that will end. We've had some melt downs from Levi though over this.)

Finally... an update.

Preparing for the winter... Levi got a new hat. He really wanted the color red, but it was not in his size.

There was a ward pine wood derby contest and of course we had to be part of that. Levi's car was red, and it came in 22nd. Luckily we have many more years to perfect our cars.

Halloween brought gobs of candy.

"I'm big now"

Levi informed us that he was "big now" and couldn't use his Thomas the Tank Engine lunch box any more. He then asked Matt for a new lunch box. He was so proud of himself this morning and how big he is. His Spiderman shirt is from Kyle, and his Lunch box is from me and Matt. He's one lucky kid!

The monster truck in his left hand might as well be attached. He told me yesterday that when he grows up he is going to be a driver in Monster Jam.

Cartoons?

Some 4 year olds watch cartoons on television. Levi prefers Monster Jam on the Speed channel. It's a bunch of Monster Trucks racing, doing stunts and jumping things. He'll even provide commentary throughout the whole show!

A Dirt Bike

In case you were concerned that I gave my son a real dirt bike, be assured that I did not. (Someone at church thought I did).

Above is a happy, cute, little Levi with the dirt bike he earned. The chart on the wall is one he created. If he earned 10 stickers (by doing his chores, cleaning his room, saying prayers, reading scriptures, being nice, etc) he got to pick one of the prizes. He selected them. The pictures are: (Top Left) A slide: Go to the park, (Top Right): A soccer ball: play soccer with Daddy, (Bottom Left): A car: pick out a new race car, (Bottom Right): A chocolate ice cream cone: self explanatory.

It took him 20 days to earn 10 stickers. I really thought it would take him a week. We went to the store because he wanted a "cool race car". Once we were there he changed his mind. He selected the above vehicle and I said, "Wow! Cool! A motorcycle." He said, "No Mom. This is a dirt bike." When did he learn that???? He's right though.

He's earned 1 sticker since then towards his next prize.
